Kardemommesnurrer med surdej

Cardamom Rolls

Cardamom Rolls: 


4 whole cardamom capsules blended with peel on.
1 medium egg
75g butter
190g whole milk
80g sugar
160g sourdough before peak or at peak.
550g weak cake wheat flour or sifted wheat flour.
8g salt

Cardamom remonce
100g soft butter
100g sugar
10g crushed cardamom

Stir together on a mixer or mash out with your hands until everything is evenly distributed. Can easily be made in advance and stored at room temperature.

Cardamom syrup
150g water
150g sugar
6 whole cardamom shells
2 whole star anise
Boil into a liquid syrup and cool.
