This kind of leavening basket is indispensable for leavening free-standing, long-leavened sourdough bread. It is also the leavening basket on the market that we have had the very best experience with in sourdough baking. The basket is sprinkled with a gluten-free flour before use so that the dough does not stick. It should not be washed, but dry completely after use.
Also available with cloth as an option.
The raising basket is produced in natural wood pulp, from trees that have grown in sustainable forestry and are free of chemical additives.
The basket is for 1 kilo of bread
